Before founding Strategic Realties, Inc. a Management Consulting and Leadership Development firm, Marcia worked with the “best of the best” starting on Wall Street, moving to Xerox, spending nine years with American Software and ten years with General Electric.

As a consultant she is known for facilitating strategic outcomes. Specifically helping organizations improve their people, profits, and market share.

Recently a division of an international consumer package goods company engaged her to facilitate their leadership retreat. The 40+ executive team tackled the hard questions around re-structuring and consolidation of multiple international regions. With Marcia's guidance and expertise the resulting plan positioned them to significantly improve the group’s alignment with team objectives and to increase revenues in excess of 10% during the following 9 months.

Marcia developed and produced Executive Woman Power Track an audio magazine aimed at developing senior level women for executive level positions.
In her book Making It In America, Marcia says, “America is where ambition meets the free enterprise system,” and shows that with dreams, beliefs and actions, anything is possible”.
She was educated internationally as well as at Hunter College and Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. She is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI) and International Federation of Facilitators (IAF) and Women Transportation Seminar International (WTSI).
